Backend Monitoring Server

The Extension connects to our backend server to:

Permissions Explained

The Extension requests the following browser permissions:

1. tabs: To read the current tab's URL when you click "Track Current Page"
2. storage: To save your watch list and configuration locally in your browser
3. host_permissions (http:/// and https:///): To allow the server to fetch content from any website you choose to monitor

Note: The Extension only accesses websites you explicitly choose to track. It does not monitor your general browsing activity.

Data Sharing

We do NOT:

• Sell your data to third parties
• Share your data with advertisers
• Use your data for marketing purposes
• Access your personal information

The only data transmission occurs between:

1. Your browser and our backend monitoring server (for monitoring functionality)
2. Your browser's local storage (for saving preferences)

   • Remove the extension to delete all local data
   • Delete watches individually through the extension interface
